The Appointment List View in PXME provides a centralized hub for managing and organizing all appointments across your calendars. With Smart Lists, advanced filters, and customizable columns, you can streamline scheduling, track activity, and stay on top of patient or lead appointments with ease.

1. Default Lists and Columns
PXME provides three default lists:
Upcoming – All future and active appointments.
Cancelled – Appointments marked as cancelled, no-show, or invalid.
All – A full list of every appointment across the account.
Default Columns Include:
Index – Sequential numbering for quick reference.
Title – Appointment name.
Invitee – The booked contact.
Status – Appointment stage (New, Confirmed, Showed, No-show, Cancelled, Invalid).
Appointment Time – Date and time of the appointment.
Calendar – Calendar the appointment belongs to.
Appointment Owner – Assigned user or team member.
Rescheduled Tag – Shows if the appointment has been rescheduled.
You can also add extra fields such as Created By or Date Added for deeper tracking.
2. Using Advanced Filters
Advanced Filters let you refine your appointment view with precision.
You can filter by:
Calendar – View by department, service, or team.
User – Filter by staff member.
Status – New, Confirmed, Cancelled, etc.
Date Added – Filter by booking creation date.
Appointment Time / Start Date – Sort by scheduled date.
Created By – See who booked the appointment.
Rescheduled – Show only rescheduled appointments.
AND/OR Logic gives flexible combinations:
Example: Calendar = “Wellness” AND Date Added = “last 7 days”
Example: User = “Dr. Smith” OR User = “Dr. Johnson”
3. Creating and Managing Smart Lists
Smart Lists allow you to save filters, columns, and sorting preferences as reusable custom tabs.
Create a Smart List
Go to Calendars > Appointments.
Click + Smart List.
Name your Smart List (e.g., “New Patients This Week”).
Add Filters (calendar, user, date, etc.).
Manage Columns (select which fields to display).
Apply Sorting (by date, status, owner, etc.).
Save your Smart List.
Your Smart List will now appear as a new tab alongside the default ones.
Edit a Smart List
Select the Smart List tab.
Click Customize List.
Adjust filters, columns, or sorting.
Save to update.
Delete a Smart List
Select the Smart List tab.
Go to Customize List > Delete List.
Confirm deletion.
