Overview

Connecting Stripe to PXME Calendars allows you to securely collect payments at the time of booking. This helps reduce no-shows, secure upfront commitments, and streamline payment collection for consultations, workshops, or recurring services. Once integrated, Stripe payments can be managed directly inside PXME without needing to log into Stripe’s dashboard.

Part One: Connect Stripe and Manage Payment Methods

  1. Go to Payments > Integrations.

  2. Click Connect with Stripe and complete the setup prompts.

  3. Once connected, manage Stripe payment methods directly in PXME:

    • Enable or disable methods for specific product areas.

    • Configure settings separately for Live Mode and Test Mode.

    • Existing customers will retain their Stripe settings until updated in PXME.

⚠️ Important: After integration, all payment methods must be managed inside PXME—not within Stripe’s dashboard.

Part Two: Connect Stripe with Your Calendar

  1. Go to Settings > Calendars.

  2. Select the calendar you want to edit and click the pencil icon.

  3. Open the Forms & Payments tab.

  4. Check the Payment option.

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Amount to charge

    • Currency

    • Charge Description (what clients see on their bank statement, e.g., “PXME Consultation Fee”)

  6. Click Save to finalize.

Your booking widget is now ready to accept payments through Stripe.

? Tip: Always include a clear charge description to avoid confusion for clients.

Multiple Payment Gateways

  • If multiple gateways are connected, a dropdown menu appears in calendar settings.

  • Choose Stripe as your default payment gateway to process calendar payments.

  • Only the default gateway handles payments.

Supported Gateways

⚠️ Limitations:

  • Razorpay, NMI, and Square do not work with the Classic Widget or Service Menu.

  • Partial payments are not supported for recurring calendars.
