The Contact-to-Contact Association feature in PXME allows you to link multiple contacts together with custom relationship labels. This makes it easy to represent personal and professional networks inside your database. From parent-child relationships to business partnerships, associations give you a clear picture of how contacts are connected and ensure your records stay organized.

How to Use Contact-to-Contact Association

Step 1: Create Custom Association Labels

  1. Navigate to Settings (bottom left corner) > Objects > Contacts.

  2. Click + Create Association.

  3. Choose between:

    • Single label (e.g., Parent)

    • Paired labels (e.g., Husband-Wife)

  4. Save your labels.

  5. Use the three-dot menu to edit or delete labels anytime.

Step 2: Link Contacts

  1. Open a contact’s details page.

  2. Locate the Associations section.

  3. Click Add next to Contacts.

  4. Select the contact to associate.

  5. Apply the appropriate label.

The relationship will now appear under both contacts’ Associations tab for quick visibility.
