Inside the opportunity card, select Add/Manage Fields.
From here, you can view existing custom fields or create new ones.

Click + Add Field.
Enter the field name, choose a field type (e.g., text, dropdown, checkbox), and adjust settings.

Select Opportunity from the dropdown menu.
Drag and drop fields into the desired order.
Organizing with Custom Folders
Group related fields into folders for easier management.
To create a folder:
Select Add Folder.
Set the object to Opportunity, and save.
Example: Organize fields into folders for sales stages, client requirements, or product/service data.
Populating Custom Fields
Once created, custom fields are available in all opportunities.
Use them to track details such as:
Potential revenue
Estimated close dates
Services or products attached to the opportunity
This data supports better reporting, strategy adjustments, and decision-making.
Cleaning Up with “Hide Empty Fields”
Enable Hide Empty Fields to display only fields that contain data.
This reduces clutter and helps you focus on relevant information.
Available when editing an opportunity or after adding a field.
Managing Opportunity Card Fields
Inside the pipeline view, click Manage Fields.
Select or deselect which fields you want visible on the opportunity card.
Choose between compact view or the default layout.
Save your preferences and apply them to either a single pipeline or all pipelines.
Limitations:
A maximum of seven fields can be displayed on a card at once.
To add another, you must remove an existing one.
User-Level Customization
Field display settings are user-specific.
Each user can customize their own view without affecting others.
Example: One user may choose to display revenue and source, while another prioritizes tasks and tags.
