Overview
Pipelines are essential for tracking opportunities, managing customer journeys, and organizing sales processes. By creating and customizing pipelines in PXME, you can automate workflows, improve efficiency, and better visualize your sales funnel. Pipelines help ensure that each lead is nurtured appropriately through every stage of your business process.
What Are Pipelines?
Pipelines allow businesses to manage and visualize the stages of their sales process. Each stage represents a step in the customer journey and can be fully customized to fit your practice’s workflow.
Common stages include:
Lead Capture
Qualification
Appointment Setting
Follow-up
Closing

Enter a descriptive Pipeline Name (e.g., "Main Sales Pipeline").
Add stages by clicking Add Stage and naming each step (e.g., "New Lead," "Contacted," "Qualified").

Use automation tools to reduce manual tasks.
⚠️ Pro Tip: Regularly review pipelines and remove outdated stages or actions to keep workflows efficient.
Preventing Duplicate Pipeline and Stage Names
To maintain clean data, PXME prevents duplicate names for pipelines and stages.
No Duplicate Names – You cannot create or rename pipelines/stages with identical names.
Existing Pipelines – Current pipelines remain unchanged.
Renaming Errors – Attempting to rename to an existing name will show an error.
Example:
If you already have a pipeline called Sales Q1, you cannot create another with the same name.
If a stage is already named Lead, you cannot rename another stage to Lead.
