Overview
Workflows in PXME give you a wide range of actions to automate communication, tasks, and contact management. This guide lists all available actions by category so you can design powerful, flexible automations.
Step 1: How to Add an Action
Navigate to Automation > Workflows.
Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.
Click the “+” icon to add an action.
Categories and Actions
Contact
Create Contact – Adds a new contact into PXME (ideal for capturing leads).
Find Contact – Locates an existing contact based on details provided.
Update Contact Field – Updates a specific contact field dynamically.
Add Contact Tag – Tags a contact for segmentation and targeting.
Remove Contact Tag – Removes a tag for cleaner list management.
Assign to User – Assigns a contact to a specific user for follow-up.
Remove Assigned User – Removes assigned user from a contact.
Edit Conversation – Marks conversations as Read/Unread, archived, or unarchived.
Disable/Enable DND – Toggles Do Not Disturb for communication preferences.
Add Note – Adds an internal note to a contact.
Add Task – Creates a follow-up task tied to a contact.
Copy Contact – Duplicates a contact into another sub-account.
Delete Contact – Removes a contact from PXME.
Modify Engagement Score – Adjusts a contact’s engagement score.
Add/Remove Contact Followers – Adds or removes followers for team visibility.
Communication
Send Email – Sends an email to the contact.
Send SMS – Sends an SMS to the contact.
Call – Initiates a call to the contact; if unanswered, routes to a user.
Voicemail – Drops a pre-recorded voicemail.
Messenger (Facebook) – Sends messages via Facebook Messenger.
Instagram DM – Sends messages via Instagram Direct Message.
Manual Action (SMS/Call) – Assigns a manual communication task for a user.
