FAQs
Q1: Can I use multiple triggers in the same workflow?
Yes. A workflow can start from any of the triggers you set.
Q2: How do filters work with triggers?
Filters let you narrow down when a trigger fires — e.g., only for certain forms, tags, or calendars.
Q3: What are common use cases for contact triggers?
Contact Created → Send a welcome email or start onboarding.
Contact Tag → Add them to a nurture sequence based on behavior.
Q4: How do payment triggers help?
They automate post-purchase steps, like sending receipts, granting course access, or updating opportunities.
Q5: Can triggers help manage reviews?
Yes. For example, a New Review Received trigger can notify your team, request a testimonial, or add the reviewer to a reputation campaign.
