Overview
The ability to restore deleted workflows in PXME ensures that important automations and configurations are not permanently lost. This feature helps you quickly recover workflows and continue operations without needing to rebuild from scratch.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Workflow List Page
Go to Automation > Workflows.
2. Open the "Deleted" Tab
On the workflow list page, click the Deleted tab to view all deleted workflows.
3. Select the Workflow to Restore
Browse the list, locate the workflow you’d like to recover, and click the Restore button.
4. Confirm Restoration
Once restored, the workflow will move back to the main workflow list in Draft stage.
Important Notes
Restored workflows always return in Draft mode. Review and publish them if needed.
Any contacts in a Wait step when the workflow was deleted will be removed from execution after restoration.
Original triggers and actions are retained, but contacts in the workflow at the time of deletion will not be restored.
Deleted workflows remain available in the Deleted tab for 90 days. After that, they are permanently removed.
Once restored, a workflow cannot be deleted again for 48 hours. Attempting to delete within that timeframe will trigger a notification.
