Overview
If you’ve accidentally deleted an opportunity in PXME, you can restore it directly from the Opportunities tab. Restored opportunities will reappear in your pipeline and maintain their full history, which can be tracked using Audit Logs. Deleted opportunities can be recovered within 60 days, after which they may no longer be available.
Step 1: Navigate to the Opportunities Tab
Open the Opportunities tab in your account.
Step 2: Access the Restore Option
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Restore from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: View Deleted Opportunities
You will be taken to the Audit Logs page.
Here, you can view a list of all deleted opportunities.
Step 4: Select Opportunity to Restore
Find the opportunity you want to restore.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to it and choose Restore.
Step 5: Verify Restoration
Once restored, the opportunity will reappear in your pipeline under the Opportunities tab.
Tracking Opportunities in Audit Logs
You can track a deleted or restored opportunity’s complete history using its Opportunity ID in Audit Logs.
How-to Steps:
Navigate to the Opportunity Tab
Open the Opportunities tab.
Copy the Opportunity ID
Open the opportunity card.
Click the copy icon at the bottom left to copy the Opportunity ID.
Go to the Settings Tab
Navigate to Settings.
Select Audit Logs.
Search for the Opportunity ID
Paste the copied ID into the Search Document ID field.
View the Specific Opportunity
The opportunity’s full history (creation, updates, deletions, and restoration) will be displayed in audit logs.
FAQs – Restoring Opportunities
Q1: Can I restore an opportunity that was deleted a long time ago?
A: Opportunities can be restored within 60 days of deletion. After that, the data may no longer be recoverable.
Q2: How can I find the Opportunity ID for a deleted opportunity?
A: Go to the Opportunities tab, open the opportunity card, and use the copy icon at the bottom left to copy the Opportunity ID.
Q3: Can I see the history of an opportunity after it’s restored?
A: Yes. Use the Audit Logs to track the complete history of the restored opportunity by searching with its Opportunity ID.
Q4: What if I can’t find the deleted opportunity in audit logs?
A: If the deleted opportunity doesn’t appear in the Audit Logs, it may no longer be recoverable. Regular monitoring and management of opportunities is recommended to prevent permanent loss.
