Overview
Trigger links let you automate actions when a lead or customer clicks a specific link. They’re most commonly used in campaigns, emails, funnels, and websites to track engagement and personalize the customer journey.
Why Use Trigger Links?
Automated Action Triggers – Fire specific actions (tagging, notifications, workflow entry) the moment a link is clicked.
Cross-Channel Integration – Use in emails, SMS, funnels, websites, and campaigns.
Personalized Automation – Trigger follow-ups, lead scoring, or segmentation based on clicks.
Dynamic Tracking – Monitor clicks in real-time to measure engagement.
Smart Segmentation – Automatically tag or enroll contacts into workflows based on interest.
