Overview

The Statistics tab in PXME gives you a detailed view of your email campaign performance. It helps you measure engagement, track revenue, and identify your top-performing campaigns. With features like click tracking, workflow integration, and contact tagging, the dashboard is your go-to tool for optimizing email strategy and boosting ROI.

Accessing the Statistics Dashboard

  1. Go to Marketing in the left navigation.

  2. Hover over Emails and select Campaigns.

  3. Click Statistics to open the dashboard.

What You’ll See in the Dashboard

Conversion Summary

  • Total revenue generated.

  • Average order value.

  • Order rate.

  • Total attributed orders.

Engagement Summary

  • Emails delivered.

  • Emails opened.

  • Clicks on links.

  • Orders placed from email.

Top Performing Emails

  • Lists campaigns with the highest opens, clicks, and revenue.

  • Helps you identify subject lines, offers, or content to replicate.

Other Key Metrics

  • Open Rate: % of recipients who opened your email.

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): % of recipients who clicked a link.

  • Unsubscribes: # of contacts who opted out.

  • Emails Sent: Total emails delivered.

  • Recent Campaigns: Quick stats on your most recent sends.

⚠️ Note: For SMTP sends, delivered counts are not tracked. Focus on click rate and revenue instead.

  • Current Week

This allows you to compare short-term vs. long-term performance.

    1. Go to Automation > Workflows.

    2. Edit a workflow and click Statistics.

    3. Use the dropdown to view stats for each email action.

Click Tracking

Why It Matters

Click tracking shows who clicked on which links, making it easy to segment and retarget contacts based on interests.

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.

  2. Create or clone a campaign.

  3. Add links/buttons via the hyperlink tool.

  4. On the Send/Schedule screen, toggle on Track Clicks.

⚠️ Notes:

  • Works in campaigns (not workflows or RSS).

  • Supports custom values.

  • Not supported with trigger links.

Tagging Contacts from Statistics

You can tag contacts directly from campaign stats:

  1. Open the campaign statistics for a sent campaign.

  2. Filter by interactions (Opened, Clicked, etc.).

  3. Select Add Tags to segment those contacts.

  4. Enable Auto-Tagging to apply tags automatically in future campaigns.

This creates engagement-based segments without leaving the stats dashboard.

Dummy Data for New Users

If you haven’t sent any campaigns yet, you can test-drive the dashboard with sample data:

  • Click Try Sample Data when prompted.

  • Explore dummy stats to learn how the dashboard works before launching real campaigns.
