Overview
PXME provides multiple ways to track email performance, whether you’re sending campaigns, workflow emails, or bulk actions. Monitoring these statistics helps you:
Measure engagement (opens, clicks, conversions)
Improve deliverability (bounce rates, failed sends)
Optimize future campaigns with real performance data
This guide explains where to find email stats in PXME and how to interpret them.
Understanding Email Statuses
Delivered – Email was successfully accepted by the recipient’s server.
Opened – Total number of times recipients opened the email.
Clicked – Unique link clicks (first click per recipient).
Bounced
Soft Bounce – Temporary issue (e.g., inbox full, server unavailable).
Hard Bounce – Permanent issue (e.g., invalid address, blocked).
Unsubscribed – Contacts who opted out by clicking the unsubscribe link. They won’t receive further emails unless re-subscribed manually.
Failed – The email was not sent (invalid API key, malformed address, or rejection by recipient’s provider).
⚠️ Note: The email service provider (e.g., Mailgun) provides the most complete scope of statistics.
