Overview
Gmail 2-Way Sync allows you to connect your personal Gmail account directly with PXME, ensuring emails stay fully synchronized in real time across both platforms. Once enabled, all conversations are automatically updated whether sent from Gmail or PXME, giving you complete visibility and streamlined communication with patients and leads.
Key Benefits

Select Gmail Two Sync and click Connect.
Choose a Gmail account from your browser or log in to a new one.
Grant all requested permissions to LeadConnector.
Click Continue.
Your Gmail account will now appear under the Email Two-Way Sync tab in PXME.
How the Sync Works
PXME → Gmail: Emails sent from PXME appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
Gmail → PXME: Emails sent from Gmail are logged in PXME conversations.
Replies sync automatically into the same thread.
Emails from saved contacts are auto-synced into PXME conversations.
Important Notes
Emails from sub-account users are not synced (privacy reasons).
Gmail attachment size limit: 25 MB.
Gmail daily sending limit: 500 emails (individual emails only).
Auto BCC Sync (Optional)
To log Gmail or Outlook conversations automatically:
Go to Settings > My Profile.
Copy the Auto BCC address.
Paste this address into the BCC field in Gmail/Outlook.
All future emails from that contact will sync into PXME automatically.
⚠️ Note: Gmail may display a “Delivery incomplete” error for BCC addresses. This does not prevent PXME from logging the message successfully.
Updating or Disconnecting
Update Email – Change the connected Gmail without removing the old one. New outbound emails will sync from the new account.
Disconnect Email – Stops syncing immediately. Past emails remain in PXME, but new ones won’t sync.
Email Types & Sync Rules
Individual Emails – Sent directly via Gmail (count toward Gmail’s daily 500 limit).
Bulk Emails – Sent via PXME’s email provider (not affected by sync).
Workflows & Automation – Continue using PXME’s provider (sync not applied).
