Overview

The Email Services section is where you configure sending, receiving, and tracking of emails inside PXME. Correct setup ensures your communications are secure, reliable, and fully integrated. From selecting your email provider to verifying sender addresses and managing bounces, this area helps safeguard your reputation while optimizing deliverability.

Domain Service

In the Domain Service tab, you can:

  • Select your default email service provider.

  • Enable reply tracking so inbound replies route back into PXME.

  • Add multiple providers using the Add Service option.

This ensures both outbound and inbound emails are properly managed and synced.

Reply & Forward Settings

Configure how email replies and forwards are handled:

  • Forwarding & BCC – Route emails to external addresses or specific internal staff.

  • Forward to Assigned Users – Automatically direct replies to the team member assigned to the contact.

  • Reply-to Address – Set a custom reply-to email address if different from the sender.

⚠️ Important:

  • Replies sent outside PXME (e.g., from Gmail or Outlook) will not sync back into the conversation thread.

  • To maintain full tracking and history, reply within PXME.

Email Tracking

PXME provides built-in tracking for email engagement:

  • Open Tracking – Monitors when recipients open your emails.

  • Click Tracking – Records when links are clicked.

How to Access Tracking Settings:

  1. Go to Sub-Account Settings.

  2. Select Email Services.

  3. Choose SMTP Service > Dedicated Domain and IP.

  4. Adjust Domain Settings to enable/disable open or click tracking.

Note: Changes may take up to 15 minutes to take effect.

Email Verification for Campaigns

To protect your reputation and prevent spoofing, PXME requires all sender email addresses to be verified before campaigns are sent.

  • Enter your sender email in Email Marketing settings.

  • Verify using a One-Time Password (OTP).

  • Alternatively, verify directly from the Settings > Email Services page.

This ensures all campaigns are sent from trusted, authenticated addresses.

Email Bounce Classification

PXME classifies email bounces to help you quickly identify and resolve delivery issues.

  • Access bounce reports in Email Services.

  • Filter results by sending domain or email type.

  • Review troubleshooting guidance for each bounce category.

Benefits:

  • Proactively manage delivery issues.

  • Protect your sending reputation.

  • Increase inbox placement and reduce spam risks.
