Overview
The My Profile page is your personal hub for managing account information, availability, integrations, and notification preferences. Accessible under Settings → My Profile, this page is built on PXME’s micro app architecture and supports internationalization—allowing you to manage your profile in your preferred language.
General Tab
Personal Data – Update first/last name, email, phone, calendar, platform language, and email signature.
Change Password – Reset your account password.
Email Signature – Add or paste your email signature.
Use
{{user.email_signature}}to insert automatically into emails.Optionally apply it to all replies by default.
Note: You must be assigned to a contact for the custom value to work.
Sign Out Everywhere – Secure your account by logging out from all devices with one click.

These settings ensure accurate scheduling and display in calendars and automations.
Integrations
Zoom – Automatically generate meeting links.
Outlook / iCloud Calendars – Sync meetings for smoother scheduling.
Email (2-Way Sync) – Send and receive emails directly through PXME.
Calendar Configuration
Primary Calendar – Where new events are scheduled.
Check for Conflicts Calendar – Add a second calendar to prevent double bookings.
Private Mode for Synced Events – Keep third-party synced events confidential.
When ON, only you see details of synced events.

Notifications
Control alerts across web and mobile. Set preferences separately for each platform.
