PXME gives you full control over your notification preferences, so you can choose how and when you’re alerted about tasks, conversations, appointments, and reviews. By customizing your settings, you’ll stay informed without being overwhelmed — ensuring you never miss an important update.

How to Configure Notifications
Step 1: Access Notification Settings
Go to Settings (bottom left of your screen).
Select My Profile.
Click on the Notifications tab.
Step 2: Customize Notification Preferences
You’ll see three available channels: In-App, Email, and SMS.
In-App Notifications
Available on both desktop and mobile.
For desktop, ensure browser notifications are enabled: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox.
For mobile, enable push notifications in your device settings: Android or iOS.
Email Notifications
Check the box next to any notification type you want to receive via email.
SMS Notifications
Toggle SMS alerts to receive reminders directly on your phone.
Step 3: Set Task Reminders
Scroll to the Task Notifications section.
Choose delivery channels: In-App, Email, or SMS.
Set reminder intervals (15, 30, or 60 minutes before due).
Enable Daily Summaries of due/overdue tasks at a preferred time (e.g., 8:00 AM).
Step 4: Notification Redirects
Every notification takes you directly to its source for quick action:

Q1: How does “Mark All as Read” work?
It updates all notifications in your panel from unread to read.
Q2: How many notifications load at once?
25 notifications load per scroll; additional ones load as you scroll further.
Q3: What does “Clear All” do?
It removes all current notifications from your panel. New ones will still appear, but cleared items cannot be restored.
