Overview
Email templates in PXME are preset layouts you design once and reuse as the foundation for future campaigns. Templates keep your branding consistent by including logos, fonts, colors, and placeholders for content, while giving you the flexibility to personalize each campaign when it’s time to send.
Key things to know:
A template is not the final email—it’s the structure.
The email campaign is the actual message that gets delivered.
Templates should stay general with placeholder text, while campaigns add the unique, event- or promotion-specific content.
This guide will show you how to create, edit, and test templates inside PXME’s Email Builder.
Navigating to Templates
Go to Marketing on the left navigation bar.
Click Emails at the top.
Select Templates.
Click + New to create a new template.
You’ll then choose one of three editor options.
