PXME’s Email Builder gives you full control over how your campaigns display across devices, allowing you to hide or adjust elements specifically for mobile or desktop views. This ensures your emails stay clean, readable, and conversion-focused—no matter the screen size.

Step 1: Hiding Elements From Mobile or Desktop View

1. Navigate to the Email Builder

   • Go to Marketing > Emails.

   • Select either Campaigns or Templates.

2. Open the Editor

   • Create a new campaign/template or open an existing one.

   • Enter the drag-and-drop editor.

3. Hide Elements

   • Select the element you want to hide.

   • In the Visibility tab, choose one of the following:

     • Hide on Mobile

     • Hide on Desktop

     • Hide on Both

   • Alternatively, hover over the element in the editor and use the quick action option to hide it.

4. Preview Before Saving

   • Note: Some email clients (especially browser-based mobile clients) may not fully honor hidden elements. Always send a test email before launching.

Step 2: Adding Mobile-Specific Formatting
