Overview
Pre-configured contact segments in PXME are ready-to-use audience groups automatically created based on engagement behavior. Instead of manually filtering contacts, you can quickly target engaged, recently active, or disengaged subscribers with campaigns tailored to their activity.
These built-in segments save time, improve deliverability, and help you send more relevant messages that drive higher engagement and retention.
Examples of Pre-Built Segments
Active Contacts – Contacts who engaged with your emails in the last 7, 30, or 60 days.
Recently Engaged – Contacts who opened or clicked your last 5 campaigns.
Re-Engagement – Contacts who have not interacted with your recent campaigns (ideal for win-back messaging).
By targeting based on real activity, you can keep loyal readers engaged while giving inactive ones a reason to reconnect.
