The LeadConnector mobile app allows you to conveniently manage your reputation and reviews on the go. From monitoring performance trends to sending review requests and responding directly, the app helps you actively build and protect your online reputation.
Navigating the Reputation Section
Tap the Reputation/Reviews tab (star icon) from the bottom navigation menu.
Explore features and tools to monitor and improve your reputation:
Customizable Date Range – Use the selector at the top of the section to analyze performance over specific timeframes.
Swipe Navigation – Swipe left and right to view metrics including:
Invites Goal
Number of Reviews Received
Average Rating
Sentiment Analysis
This provides a quick, comprehensive overview of your reputation statistics.
Detailed Reviews and Requests
Tap Reviews or Review Requests to see detailed lists.
Track request statuses (failed, opened, pending, etc.).
View Facebook and Google reviews directly in the app.
Send review requests to customers with ease.
Respond to reviews to thank customers or address negative feedback.
Dispute reviews that are wrong or inaccurate.
Create New Review Requests
Tap the + icon in the Reputation section.
Enter the recipient’s name, email, or phone number.
Add a personalized message before sending.
This quick process helps you consistently engage customers for valuable feedback.

Q1: How can I customize the date range in the Reputation section?
