Overview

The Reputation Overview Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring and managing your online reputation. It consolidates reviews, invites, ratings, trends, and competitor benchmarks, giving you a clear picture of how your practice is perceived online.

You’ll also learn how to leverage the Client Check-In functionality to encourage more reviews and improve overall reputation management.


How to Access

  1. Navigate to Reputation > Overview in your account.

  2. Select a date range at the top to filter insights.


Key Features

1. Invite Goals

  • Displays preset incremental targets (not editable).

  • Each milestone achieved unlocks the next, encouraging continuous improvement.

  • Helps keep reputation-building efforts consistent and measurable.

2. Reviews Received

  • Shows the number of reviews collected during the selected time frame.

  • Pulls reviews from Google and Facebook (integration required in Settings > Integrations).

3. Online Listings (Yext-enabled accounts)

  • Provides a summary of your online listing coverage across platforms.

  • Click View Status in the top-right corner for detailed insights.

4. Average Rating

  • Displays your average star rating over the chosen period.

  • Formula: Total stars received ÷ total number of reviews.

5. Sentiment Analysis

  • Uses Google AI to evaluate the tone of your reviews.

  • Flags reviews as positive or negative for quick sentiment checks.

6. Invite Trends

  • Tracks outbound review requests sent by SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

  • Helps measure outreach activity across channels.

7. Review Trends

  • Provides a month-over-month bar graph of reviews received.

  • Visualizes patterns and growth in reputation-building efforts.

8. Latest Review Requests

  • Lists the most recent review invites sent, with details such as:

    • Channel (SMS/Email/WhatsApp)

    • Date sent

9. Latest Review

  • Displays your most recent reviews from Google and Facebook.

  • Shows the reviewer’s name/contact and their feedback.

10. Competitor Analysis

  • Compare up to three competitors side by side.

  • Metrics available:

    • Star ratings

    • Review counts

    • Response times

  • Provides valuable benchmarks for tracking where you stand in your market.
