How to Create a Brand Board
Step 1: Access the Brand Board
Navigate to Marketing > Brand Boards or Settings > Brand Board.
Step 2: Start a New Board
Click + Add Design Kit.
Choose Template or Blank Board, then click Continue.
Step 3: Add Logos
Upload up to 2 logos from your media library.
Logos are stored automatically in a folder under the board’s name.
Step 4: Add Brand Colors
In the Colors Section, click Add.
Add up to 10 colors and rename them for clarity.
Once set, your brand colors will auto-populate into websites, funnels, and emails.
Step 5: Set Up Typography
In the Typography Section, click Add.
Choose up to 5 fonts and customize their appearance.
Finalizing Your Brand Board
Save your board and set one as the default.
The default board appears at the top of design color pickers across the platform.
You can manage multiple brand boards for different businesses or campaigns.
Adding Brand Voice to Your Brand Board
The Brand Voice feature lets you define your communication style for all AI-powered tools.
How to Add Brand Voice:
Go to Marketing > Brand Boards > Brand Voice.
Click Create New Brand Voice.
Select Start from Scratch and add your brand values, tone, and personality.
Save your voice.
Use it in Content AI by selecting your Brand Voice in the writing tone settings.
Brand Voice from Text or URL:
Enter a website URL or paste your brand text.
The system generates a custom Brand Voice instantly, which you can edit to match your tone.
Using Brand Boards Across PXME
Websites & Funnels – Logos, fonts, and colors appear automatically in the design editor.
Emails – Brand fonts and colors show up as defaults when designing templates.
Media Library – Logos are stored by brand board name for easy retrieval.
