How to Use the Webinar Feature

Step 1: Access the Webinar Setup

  1. Go to Sites → Webinar Funnel in the top bar

  2. Select Webinar Type:

    • On-Demand (pre-recorded): Attendees can watch anytime

    • Live Webinar: Requires scheduled date/time

  3. Enter basic details like title and time zone

Step 2: Set Up Registration

  • Choose Registration Form

    • Select an existing form or create one under Sites → Forms

  • Upload Content

    • On-Demand: Upload video (e.g., MP4) to the Media Library and link it

    • Live: Add a streaming link (Zoom, etc.) that attendees will use on event day

  • Select Templates
