How to Use the Webinar Feature
Step 1: Access the Webinar Setup
Go to Sites → Webinar Funnel in the top bar
Select Webinar Type:
On-Demand (pre-recorded): Attendees can watch anytime
Live Webinar: Requires scheduled date/time
Enter basic details like title and time zone
Step 2: Set Up Registration
Choose Registration Form
Select an existing form or create one under Sites → Forms
Upload Content
On-Demand: Upload video (e.g., MP4) to the Media Library and link it
Live: Add a streaming link (Zoom, etc.) that attendees will use on event day
Step 3: Customize Templates
Select Templates
Choose from the Webinar Template Library for registration, confirmation, and broadcast pages
Templates auto-link to your uploaded video or live stream
Customize Branding
Update text, colors, images, and layout to match your brand
