Overview
Webinars are a powerful way to educate families and extend your workshop reach. In PXME, webinar setup follows three main steps: edit your marketing templates, update your webinar funnel(s), and adjust your custom values so automations pull in the correct details.
Step 1: Edit Marketing Templates
Email Templates
Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates.
Open the Webinar folder.
Edit all templates labeled [EDIT].
Replace placeholder text, adjust details, and swap out images to match your branding.
SMS Templates
Go to Marketing → Snippets → Webinar Folder.
Edit all SMS snippets labeled [EDIT].
Step 2: Edit the Webinar Funnel
Go to Sites → Funnels → Webinars.
You’ll see three main webinar funnels:
Perfect Storm Webinar Registration – Evergreen (for automated/on-demand webinars)
Perfect Storm Webinar Registration – Live (for live webinar events)
Watch Perfect Storm Webinar (for the actual viewing page)
For each funnel you’re using:
Click Edit.
Update landing page content, images, and registration details.
Edit the thank-you page messaging.
When done:
Either click Publish → select domain → Save, or
Click Save → Funnel Settings → Add domain → Save.
Step 3: Update Custom Values
To keep automations and templates accurate:
Go to Settings → Custom Values.
Update the following:
Workshop Webinar Site → paste your webinar funnel link (evergreen or live).
Workshop Event Replay Video Link → add your replay video link (after live webinar).
Workshop Missed Survey Link → add your post-webinar survey funnel link.
Step 4: Optional Enhancements
Upload a pre-recorded webinar video into your funnel if running evergreen/on-demand.
Add a survey funnel and connect it with Workshop Missed Survey Link.
Update automations to include Google Sheets or Slack actions, if used by your practice.
Key Takeaway
Setting up a webinar in PXME follows a simple flow:
Edit your templates.
Configure your funnels (live or evergreen).
Update custom values.
Once complete, all emails, SMS, and reminders will automatically display the correct webinar information.
