Customizing Email Templates and Logos – Troubleshooting Guide

Created by PX Marketing, Modified on Tue, 19 Aug at 6:37 PM by PX Marketing

Overview

Email templates in PXME can be customized to reflect your brand’s identity by adding logos, adjusting fonts, and aligning styles. While system-generated emails (like Google Calendar invites) have limitations, most templates can be fully tailored. This guide explains how to add logos, customize templates, and maintain brand consistency across all communications.

Q1: How do I change the logo in the default email templates?

A1:
Default email notifications cannot be directly modified to include a logo. However, you can create a custom template to achieve this.

Steps to Add a Logo:

  • Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates (or create one directly from the calendar dropdown menu).

  • Select Create Blank Template.

  • Use the drag-and-drop editor to upload and place your logo.

  • Customize the template as needed and save.

Q2: Can I customize a pre-built email template with my logo and other details?

A2:
Yes. Pre-built templates can be fully customized.

Steps:

  • Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.

  • Browse available pre-built templates and select Preview to install one.

  • Open the template in the drag-and-drop editor.

  • Add your logo and other branding details.

  • Save and use the customized template for future email campaigns.

Q3: How do I disable the Google Calendar invitation emails?

A3:
Google Calendar invitations cannot be customized, but you can disable them.

Steps:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations.

  • Find the Google Calendar integration.

  • Disable notifications to stop Google from sending invitation emails.

Note: This prevents notifications entirely — the content itself cannot be modified.

Q4: I can't add a logo in some emails; what's the workaround?

A4:
If certain system emails don’t allow logo placement, you can build a custom email template instead.

Steps:

  • Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Templates.

  • Click Create Blank Template.

  • Add your logo with the drag-and-drop editor.

  • Customize the email content and save the template.

Q5: Is there a way to make my emails look consistent with the brand across all templates?

A5:
Yes, by customizing global font, color, and layout settings in your templates.

Steps:

  • Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.

  • Select a template and open it in the editor.

  • Adjust fonts, colors, and layout to match your branding guidelines.

  • Apply these same settings across all templates for brand consistency.
