Overview
When creating a new calendar in PXME, you can copy and duplicate an existing calendar to quickly replicate its settings. This feature saves time and ensures consistency when setting up multiple calendars with the same or similar configurations.
Steps to Duplicate a Calendar
Navigate to Settings > Calendars.
Select the calendar you want to duplicate and click the 3-dot dropdown menu.
Click Duplicate.
In the pop-up window, confirm duplication.
Make any additional edits or updates (availability, meeting location, description, etc.).
Click Save.
Key Benefit: Auto-Copy Notifications
When duplicating a calendar, PXME will automatically copy over:
Notification templates (email + in-app reminders).
Notification settings (timing, toggles, recipients, etc.).
This ensures:
