Overview

Duplicating a workflow is a fast way to preserve an existing setup while creating room for edits or building a new automation based on a proven structure. This feature is especially useful if you want to reuse triggers and actions for a different purpose—such as creating similar workflows for multiple forms or campaigns—without rebuilding from scratch.

Step 1: Copy the Workflow

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows.

  2. Click on the three dots next to the workflow you want to duplicate.

  3. Select Duplicate Workflow.

Step 2: Edit the Copied Workflow

  1. Update the workflow name if needed.

  2. Click Create.

  3. Edit the triggers, filters, and actions as required.

  4. Save and publish the workflow before using it.
