The Copy Actions feature allows you to duplicate workflow actions from one workflow into another without rebuilding steps manually. This saves time, ensures consistency across workflows, and minimizes errors when replicating complex automation processes in PXME.

Cross-Workflow Copying – Copy actions between different workflows within the same account.
Single or Multiple Actions – Copy one action or an entire sequence of steps.
Fast Pasting – Paste actions into another workflow instantly, even when switching tabs.
Multiple Paste Capability – Copied actions remain in the clipboard for 15 minutes, allowing you to paste into multiple workflows.
Error Reduction – Prevent mistakes that often occur when manually recreating steps.
How to Copy Actions
Open the workflow containing the actions you want to copy.
Click the three-dot menu next to the action.
Select Copy Action for a single step.
Select Copy All Actions From Here to copy that action plus all following actions.
Navigate to your target workflow (same tab or new tab).
Choose one of two pasting options:
Quick Paste – Click the Quick Paste button next to the + button to insert actions.
Paste Below – Use the three-dot menu on another action and select Paste Below.
Review and validate the pasted actions.
Save your workflow.

Use the Clipboard Window – Since copied actions are available for 15 minutes, paste them into all needed workflows within that timeframe.
