Overview
In PXME, you can temporarily deactivate calendars to stop offering specific services without losing your setup or existing appointments. This is helpful when pausing certain offerings (like a consultation or demo) but wanting the option to bring them back later. Reactivation restores the calendar instantly, including all previous appointments.
How to Deactivate a Calendar
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Find the calendar you want to deactivate and click the 3-dot dropdown menu.
Select Deactivate Calendar.
In the popup window, click Save to confirm.
Once deactivated:
The calendar will no longer be available for booking.
Existing appointments remain intact but hidden until reactivation.
How to Check Active vs. Inactive Calendars
In Calendar Settings, review the Status column:
Active = Calendar is live and bookable.
Inactive = Calendar is hidden and unavailable for booking.
How to Activate a Calendar
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Locate the calendar you’d like to reactivate.
Click the 3-dot dropdown menu and select Activate Calendar.
The calendar will instantly become active again.
