Overview
PXME’s Additional Phones feature allows you to store, import, and export multiple phone numbers for each contact. This is useful for managing clients who use different lines (personal, work, or secondary phones) without losing important data. You can import up to 10 phone numbers per contact, and the system automatically ensures data integrity by preventing duplicates and ignoring invalid entries.

Important Import Considerations

Duplicate additional numbers are automatically excluded.
Invalid phone numbers are ignored (valid ones remain).
If the Primary Phone field is blank, the first additional number becomes the primary.
Updating contacts will merge new numbers with existing ones.
Maximum of 10 phone numbers per contact (only the first 10 are saved).
Exporting Contacts with Multiple Phone Numbers
Step 1: Export Contacts
Go to the Contact Export section.
If you select Phone in a Smart List export, the Additional Phones column is automatically included.
