Overview
The Bulk Actions tool in PXME lets you quickly apply updates or communications to multiple contacts at once. Instead of performing repetitive individual tasks, you can send emails or SMS, update pipeline stages, merge duplicates, or even launch WhatsApp campaigns—all from one place. Bulk Actions improve efficiency, engagement, and data management for your entire contact database.
⚠️ Note: Only Account Admins can delete, import, export, or merge contacts. Account Users do not have access to these options.
Part 1: Available Bulk Actions
PXME supports a wide range of bulk actions:
Pipeline Change – Update opportunities across multiple contacts (pipeline, stage, lead value, etc.).
Add to Campaign/Workflow – Enroll selected contacts in a campaign or workflow.
Send SMS – Write a one-time SMS or use a saved template.
Send Email – Write a one-time email or select a template.
Add/Remove Tag – Apply or remove tags in bulk.
Delete Contacts – Permanently delete contacts (removes them from Conversations, Notes, Opportunities, Tasks, Appointments, Manual Actions, and Campaigns).
Export Contacts – Export selected contacts to a CSV file.
Import Contacts – Upload contacts in bulk (see Import tutorial for details).
Send Review Requests – Request reviews from multiple contacts (requires Reputation setup). Supports scheduling and drip mode.
Merge Duplicate Contacts – Merge up to 10 duplicate records (irreversible).
Add/Edit to Company – Add, remove, or edit company associations for contacts.
Bulk WhatsApp – Send WhatsApp campaigns with Meta-approved templates.
Track open and delivery rates.
Stay within Meta’s daily messaging limits and 24-hour contact window.
Part 2: How to Use Bulk Actions
Go to Contacts > Contacts/Smart Lists.
Select the contacts you want (individually or select all).
Choose the desired bulk action.
Complete the pop-up steps for that specific action.
Part 3: Managing Bulk Actions
You can monitor and manage actions from Contacts > Bulk Actions.
Use advanced filters to sort by action type, status, user, or date range.
Share filtered views via URL.
Manage actions with the 3-dot menu (⋮): Cancel, Revert, Pause, Resume.
Click Show Stats to view detailed metrics for an action.
Drip Mode Behavior
“Repeat after” = “Run every.”
Example: If you set 100 contacts every 5 hours and have 780 contacts, PXME will process them in 8 batches (7×100 and 1×80).
If a drip mode schedule hits an unselected day, the process pauses until the next available day (no backlog is dumped at once).

FAQs
Q1: What happens when I delete contacts in bulk?
They are permanently removed from PXME (Conversations, Notes, Tasks, Appointments, Campaigns, etc.). This cannot be undone.
Q2: Can I schedule a Bulk Action in drip mode?
Yes. Drip mode delivers actions in timed batches until all contacts are processed.
Q3: How do I bulk manage company contacts?
Select your contacts, choose Add/Edit to Company, and apply the change (add, remove, or update).
Q4: Can I merge duplicates with Bulk Actions?
Yes, but only up to 10 duplicates at a time. This action cannot be undone.
Q5: How does Bulk Export work?
Selected contacts are exported into a CSV. Use the Columns selector to choose which fields are included.
Q6: How do I avoid hitting Meta’s WhatsApp messaging limit?
Only use Meta-approved templates.
Stay within the daily message quota.
Ensure contacts are within the 24-hour messaging window.
