Overview
The Bulk Actions feature in PXME allows you to send a one-off email to a group of contacts at once. This is ideal for quick announcements, reminders, or updates without needing to create a full workflow or campaign. You can customize your message, schedule delivery, or use drip mode to send in batches.
Step 1: Choose Your Contacts
Navigate to Contacts.
Check the box next to the contacts you’d like to email.
To select all contacts on a page, check the box at the top.
To select all contacts in your account, click the hyperlink that appears after selecting page contacts.
Step 2: Create and Send Your Email
Click the Send Email (envelope) icon.
In the pop-up window:
Write your email message or choose a saved template from the dropdown.
Use formatting options to add trigger links, merge fields/custom values, change font styles, or attach a file.
Delivery Options
Send All at Once – immediately sends to all selected contacts.
Send at Scheduled Time – send at a specific date and time.
Drip Mode – send in batches over a set interval.
Note on Drip Mode
“Repeat after” functions as “run every.” For example, if you select 100 contacts every 5 hours, the system will continue processing in batches until all contacts have received the email. (780 contacts = 7 batches of 100 and 1 batch of 80.)
Bulk Action Campaigns in Email Marketing
Any campaign you send using Bulk Actions will also appear in Email Marketing > Bulk Action Campaigns, giving you a centralized view of stats, reporting, and tracking.
Navigate to Email Marketing > Bulk Action Campaigns.
Click the three-dot menu next to a campaign to view detailed stats and insights.
Use Cases
Announcing a New Product or Service
Scenario: You’re launching a new product and want to notify your customers.
Action: Use Bulk Actions to send a one-off announcement email to your contact list.
Outcome: All selected contacts receive the update at once, ensuring wide and timely communication.
Sending an Event Invitation
Scenario: You’re hosting an event and need to invite a large group of contacts.
Action: Select contacts, choose an event invite template, and schedule the send at the optimal time.
Outcome: Efficient invitations go out to all relevant contacts, boosting attendance.

Q1: How do I select multiple contacts for a bulk email?
A: Check the box next to each contact, select all on the page, or use the “select all” hyperlink to include your entire contact list.
Q2: Can I use an email template?
A: Yes. You can create a new message or select a saved template from the dropdown menu.
Q3: What is drip mode?
A: Drip mode sends in batches (e.g., 100 every 5 hours) until all selected contacts receive the message.
