Filters
Filters help you quickly sort and locate the conversations that matter most.
Quick Filters
Assigned: Filter by the contact owner.
Last Message Direction: Inbound (received) or outbound (sent).
Last Outbound Message Type: SMS, email, etc.
Last Message Channel: Facebook, Instagram, SMS, etc.
You can also sort conversations:
Latest → Oldest
Oldest → Latest
⚡ Note: Sorting applies on top of your filters — meaning your results will always reflect both.
Custom Filters
In addition to Quick Filters, you can create custom filters tailored to your workflow. For example:
Filter only inbound SMS messages assigned to your name.
Filter outbound emails that are older than 7 days.
Filter conversations mentioning your team’s Slack integration.
Custom filters provide maximum flexibility so you can structure your inbox around your needs.
Benefits of Using Filters & Sorting
Efficiency: Handle multiple conversations with a few clicks.
Organization: Keep your inbox clean by filtering messages by type, assignee, or status.
Collaboration: Pair filters with internal comments and @mentions for better teamwork.
Flexibility: Custom filters let you design your own workflow.
