Sending Attachments in SMS

  • Your phone number must be MMS-enabled.

  • You can send up to 10 attachments per SMS, with a combined size of less than 5 MB (including text).

  • Carrier restrictions may apply. Some carriers limit individual attachments to ~1–3 MB.

  • ✅ Toll-Free numbers also support MMS, up to 5 MB per message (carrier-dependent).

Sending Attachments in Email

  • PXME supports attachments up to 25 MB.

  • Files larger than this are automatically uploaded to the Media Library and sent as clickable links.

  • When you upload videos to the Media Library, PXME generates an automatic GIF thumbnail for emails to boost engagement.

Notes & Best Practices

  • Use the Media Library to easily re-use files across multiple campaigns or conversations.

  • For large files, PXME automatically converts them into links to avoid delivery issues.

  • Audio files (e.g., MP3) may be supported as MMS depending on the recipient’s carrier.
