The LeadConnector mobile app gives you a unified place to view and respond to conversations across all major communication channels. With features like AI-powered replies, scheduled messaging, rich media support, and advanced filtering, you can manage client communications quickly and efficiently while on the go.

  • Unified Messaging – Manage conversations from Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS in one place.

  • Scheduled Messaging – Schedule SMS or Email messages to send at specific times.

  • Media Attachments – Send images, videos, and files to enrich conversations.

  • Voice Notes – Record and send voice notes for faster, more personal replies.

  • AI Replies & Review Requests – Use AI reply suggestions and send review requests directly from conversations.

  • Email Template Editing – Create and format emails with a built-in rich text editor (bold, italic, bullet points, etc.).


How to Use

1. Access Conversations

  • Use the bottom navigation bar and tap the Conversations tab to view all ongoing chats.

2. Use AI Replies and Review Requests

  • Open a chat and expand the view to see AI-generated reply suggestions.

  • Tap the + button in the chat window to instantly send a review request.

3. Send Scheduled Messages

  • Choose SMS or Email as your message type.

  • Compose your message, then select a specific date and time for delivery.

4. Add Media Attachments

  • SMS: Attach files up to 5 MB. Larger files generate a shareable link.

  • Email: Attach files up to 25 MB. Larger files should be uploaded to a storage service (e.g., Google Drive), then shared via link.

5. Edit Email Templates

  • Go to Conversations → New Email.

  • Select a template and use the rich text editor to customize before sending.

6. Add Voice Notes (WhatsApp Integration)

  • Enable under Settings → WhatsApp.

  • In a WhatsApp conversation, tap the + icon or the voice recorder icon.

  • Record, pause, delete, or send your note.

7. Apply Filters

Organize and locate conversations with filter options:

  • Sort By – Latest-all, Oldest-all, Latest-manual, Oldest-manual.

  • Show Message – Latest-all, Recent, Unread, Starred.

  • Assigned To – All, My Chats, Assigned User, Unassigned.

  • Last Message Direction – All, Inbound, Outbound.

  • Last Message Type – All, Manual, Automated.

  • Last Message Channel – All, Email, SMS, GMB, WhatsApp.

Save as Quick Filter for frequent use, then tap Apply Filters.


Smarter Conversations: Additional Features

  • Trigger Links – Insert trackable URLs into messages.

  • Custom Values – Personalize messages with variables (e.g., contact name).

  • WhatsApp Flows – Use interactive WhatsApp message templates.

  • Snippets – Save pre-written responses in folders and insert them quickly.

To access:

  1. Open a conversation.

  2. Tap the + icon in the text entry box.

  3. Select Trigger Link, Custom Value, WhatsApp Flow, or Snippet.
