Overview

The Media Storage tab is your central hub for uploading, managing, and organizing all media assets inside The Pediatric Experience platform. From images and videos to documents and audio files, this tool allows you to keep everything in one place, making it easy to insert media into your funnels, campaigns, and projects.


Key Features

Access & Navigation

  • Open Media Storage from the left sidebar.

  • Switch between grid view (thumbnails) or list view (details and metadata).

  • All files are centralized for quick retrieval across your account.

Uploading Media

  • Drag & Drop files directly into Media Storage.

  • Upload compressed .zip files up to 100MB for faster bulk transfers.

  • Upload private files that are secured with a lock icon. Private links expire after 10 minutes.

Preview & Insert Media

  • Use the three-dot menu next to a file to preview it.

  • From preview mode, insert media into content with one click.

  • Use Quick Insert to place files instantly.

Organizing Media

  • Sort files by name, size, or modification date.

  • Manage files and folders via the three-dot menu (rename, delete, move, copy link).

  • Move entire folders, including subfolders, in one action.

  • Trash recovery: Deleted files remain in Trash for 30 days.

Multi-Select & Bulk Actions

  • Select multiple files using drag (grid view) or checkboxes (list view).

  • Perform bulk actions like move, delete, or download (up to 100 files at once).

  • Note: “Rename” and “Get Link” are disabled in bulk mode.

Google Drive Sync

  • Connect and sync Google Drive with Media Storage.

  • Supports two-way sync for uploads and folder creation.

  • Rename and delete are disabled for synced files (to protect Google Drive integrity).


File Support & Limits

General Upload Limits

  • Images: up to 100MB each

  • Videos: up to 4GB each

  • Documents: up to 100MB each

  • Audio: up to 100MB each

  • Fonts: up to 100MB each (.ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2)

Supported Formats

  • Images: PNG, JPG/JPEG, TIFF, WEBP, SVG, ICO, GIF

  • Documents: PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, TXT, RTF

  • Videos: MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, WebM, OGG, MPG, QuickTime

  • Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG, MIDI, AIFF, WebM Audio

  • Fonts: TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2

⚠️ Note: File type limits may differ when used in Funnels, Social Planner, or Membership uploads (e.g., Social Planner videos max at 1GB).

  • Name & Tag Files: Use descriptive names and keywords for faster searches.

  • Optimize Images: Compress files before upload for better performance.

  • Preview First: Confirm quality before inserting into projects.

  • Use Private Links: Share sensitive files with 10-minute expiring links.
