Overview
The Media Storage tab is your central hub for storing, organizing, and reusing images across The Pediatric Experience platform. With built-in access to free stock libraries, drag-and-drop uploads, and Google Drive sync, you can streamline your workflow and maintain a consistent library of logos, graphics, and brand assets without repeatedly uploading them.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access Media Storage
From the left sidebar, click Media Storage.
Step 2: Navigate the Interface
Use the search bar to locate files quickly.
Upload new images or create folders using the top-right menu.
Add stock images directly from Pixabay or Unsplash.
Step 3: Upload Files
Drag & Drop files into Media Storage.
Uploaded stock images are saved to your server (permanent, even if removed at source).
Preview & Insert
Click the three-dot menu next to a file → select Preview.
From preview mode, choose Insert Media to place it directly into your project.
Step 4: Organize Media
Sort files by size, name, or date modified.
Create folders for structured storage (e.g., Logos, Campaigns, Banners).
Manage via three-dot menu: rename, move, delete, or copy link.
Switch between grid and list view as needed.
Google Drive Sync
Connect your Google Drive for two-way sync.
Upload or create folders in either platform — changes appear in both.
Note: Rename and delete are disabled for synced Drive files.
Step 5: Quick Actions
Quick Insert: Single-click to drop an image into a project.
Right-Click Options: Rename, move, delete, or share a link.
Hover View: Quick details like file name, modified date, and size.
Detailed Preview Popup: See dimensions, size, published date, and copy/download link.
Using Images Across the Platform
In Funnels or Websites
Navigate to Funnels/Websites.
Open the editor and drag in an Image Element.
Click the image icon → choose from Media Storage.
Save your changes.
Pro Tip: Use Get Link in Media Storage to grab a hosted image URL for external use.
In the Email Builder
Open the Email Builder under Marketing.
Add an Image Element.
Choose from Media Storage or upload directly.
Save your template.
In the Social Planner
Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Create or edit a post.
Add an image → choose from Media Storage.
