Overview

PXME’s Email Builder gives you full control over every element inside your campaign emails. With the Inline Editor and the Manage Elements panel, you can customize layouts, add personalization, and ensure your emails are both visually appealing and highly relevant. These tools make it simple to create professional emails that drive engagement and conversions.

Advanced Editing Options

The Inline Editor provides a range of tools to streamline content creation and formatting:

  • Clear Format: Remove unwanted formatting, especially useful when pasting text from outside sources.

  • Custom Values: Insert personalization tokens (e.g., {{contact.name}}, {{contact.city}}) to make emails feel personal.

  • Trigger Links: Add links that perform actions like unsubscribe, confirm attendance, or access offers.

  • ContentAI: Generate subject lines, copy, or content suggestions instantly.

Saving and Previewing Your Email

  • Versioning: Save multiple versions to reuse blocks or roll back to previous iterations.

  • Test Email: Send a test to yourself or your team before going live.

  • Preview Template: Review your design on-screen or in-browser.

  • File Attachments: Add supported files (within size limits) to campaigns.

Managing Elements in the Builder

The Manage Elements panel gives you a bird’s-eye view and control of every piece of your email:

  • Text Customization: Choose fonts, colors, and sizes (8px–96px).

  • Formatting Tools: Apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough.

  • Hyperlinks & Alignment: Insert links, align text, and manage spacing.

  • Independent Control: Edit each element separately for maximum flexibility.

  • Quick Navigation: Hover over sections, columns, or elements to auto-scroll to them in the editor.
