Overview
When managing multiple workflows, staying organized is essential for efficiency and easy navigation. PXME’s Workflow Folders feature allows you to categorize, group, and manage workflows so you can find and maintain them more easily. You can also use Advanced Filters and Smart Lists alongside folders to create a highly customized workflow management system.
Step 1: Create Folders
Go to Automation > Workflows.
Click Create Folder in the top-right corner.
Enter a folder name in the popup window.
Click Save.
Your new folder will now appear in the All Workflows list.
Step 2: Move Workflows Into Folders
In the workflow list, click the three dots next to the workflow you want to move.
Select Move to Folder.
Choose the target folder from the popup window.
Click Save.
Notes:
You can move workflows back to the general list or into another folder at any time.
You can also create a new workflow directly inside a folder, and it will be saved there automatically.

Advanced Filters: Apply multiple criteria to quickly locate specific workflows.
Smart Lists: Save filtered views for ongoing use, allowing quick access to grouped workflows.
Benefit: These tools streamline workflow management and give you flexible ways to track, review, and manage automations by category, tags, or custom conditions.
