Steps to Add a Hyperlink in the Form/Survey Builder
Step 1: Access Forms/Surveys
Navigate to Sites from the left navigation menu
Click Forms/Surveys from the top menu
Create a new form/survey or edit an existing one
Step 2: Add a Text Element
Inside the builder, click the “+” icon
Drag and drop a Text element into your form or survey
Step 3: Insert a Hyperlink
Highlight the text you want to link
Click the three dots (ellipsis) to reveal more options
Select the hyperlink icon
Step 4: Enter the URL
Paste or type the desired URL into the field
Click Confirm to apply the hyperlink
Step 5: Save and Preview
Click Save to apply changes
Use the Preview option to test the hyperlink before publishing
