Steps to Add a Hyperlink in the Form/Survey Builder

Step 1: Access Forms/Surveys

  1. Navigate to Sites from the left navigation menu

  2. Click Forms/Surveys from the top menu

  3. Create a new form/survey or edit an existing one

Step 2: Add a Text Element

  1. Inside the builder, click the “+” icon

  2. Drag and drop a Text element into your form or survey

Step 3: Insert a Hyperlink

  1. Highlight the text you want to link

  2. Click the three dots (ellipsis) to reveal more options

  3. Select the hyperlink icon

Step 4: Enter the URL

  1. Paste or type the desired URL into the field

  2. Click Confirm to apply the hyperlink

Step 5: Save and Preview

  1. Click Save to apply changes

  2. Use the Preview option to test the hyperlink before publishing
