Overview
The Quick Add Fields & Edit Custom Fields feature makes it faster and easier to build customized forms and surveys in PXME. Instead of navigating through multiple menus, you can drag, drop, and configure fields directly in the builder. This streamlines your workflow, improves flexibility, and helps you create more personalized experiences for your leads.
How to Use
1. Access the Form/Survey Builder
Navigate to Sites > Forms/Surveys > Builder
Select an existing form/survey or create a new one
2. Quick Add Custom Fields
Choose the field type you need: Radio Select, Single Line, Multi Line, Checkbox, Dropdown, File Upload
Drag and drop it into your form or survey
3. Customize the Field
Edit the field name and unique key
Configure options (e.g., dropdown choices, checkbox values, or file upload settings)
4. Save the Form/Survey
Once saved, custom fields become available across all areas of PXME
Remember: field name and unique key are locked after saving
5. Conditional Logic with Address Fields
You can use address fields (Street, City, State, Country, Postal Code) to trigger conditional logic actions, such as:
Redirecting to a URL
Showing or hiding fields
Displaying custom messages
Example: If someone enters New York in the City field, you can reveal additional fields or show a custom message.
6. Edit Custom Fields
Manage existing or new custom fields in the Custom Fields section
Reorder, adjust options, or delete fields
Field name & unique key can only be changed in this section
7. Math Calculations in Forms/Surveys
The Math Calculations feature lets you create calculators for scoring, budgeting, or quizzes.
