Overview

Customizing your forms ensures they not only capture information but also reflect your brand identity. With flexible layouts, branding tools, and styling controls, you can design forms that are both professional and engaging—improving user experience and boosting conversions.

1. Accessing the Form Builder

  1. Go to Sites > Forms.

  2. From the dropdown, select Builder.

  3. Choose an existing form or click + Add Form to start fresh.

2. Adding Form Elements

Forms can include both standard and custom fields to fit your workflow.

  • Standard Fields – Name, email, phone, date, dropdown menus, etc.

  • Custom Fields – Radio buttons, checkboxes, custom dropdowns, and more.

Drag and drop elements from the left panel into your form layout.

3. Styling Options (Right Panel Controls)

The right-side styling panel gives you full control over the design and structure of your form.

Layout Settings

  • Single Column Layout – Fields stacked vertically (classic form style).

  • Two-Column Layout – Fields displayed side-by-side for a balanced look.

  • Single Line Layout – Place up to 5 fields horizontally in one row.

  • Field Width – Adjust field size as a percentage of total width.

  • Field Spacing – Control vertical spacing between fields.

Spread to Columns

  • Applies to radio buttons, radio images, and checkboxes.

  • Arrange options in multiple columns for cleaner layouts.

  • Available for new forms only (existing forms remain unchanged).

Colors & Background

  • Header Image – Upload a full-width banner at the top of your form.

  • Background Image – Add a branded or visually engaging backdrop.

Branding

  • Upload your logo.

  • Apply your brand colors, fonts, and styles for a consistent experience.

4. Integrating Forms

Once your form is customized, you can add it across different channels:

  • Funnels & Websites – Insert forms directly as elements.

  • Email & SMS Campaigns – Share via direct form links.

  • External Websites – Use the embed code for easy integration.

Pro Tips

  • Consistency – Use the same fonts, colors, and styles across all forms.

  • Accessibility – Ensure forms are legible and mobile-friendly.

  • Testing – Always preview on desktop and mobile before publishing.
