Overview
The Google Ads Report in The Pediatric Experience provides a streamlined way to review your advertising performance without leaving the platform. Once your Google Ads account is integrated, you’ll be able to track campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords with key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs—all in one dashboard.
1. Prerequisites
Before generating reports, confirm:
Integration Complete: Your Google Account is connected under
Settings > Integrations.Google Ads Registered: The same Google Account is active on the Google Ads platform.
Admin Permissions: Your Google Account must have admin permissions for the ad account you want to report on.
2. Accessing the Report
From the main dashboard, click Reporting in the left-hand menu.
In the Reporting section, locate Google Ads Report under Integrated Platforms.
Click Google Ads Report to open.
In the top-right corner, select your desired date period.
Confirm the checkbox to run the report for that period.
⚠️ Tip: For single-day metrics, select the same date as both the start and end (e.g., Jan 1 → Jan 1).
3. Viewing the Report Data
The Google Ads Report includes two main sections:
Graphs (Upper Section)
Visualize performance with charts for:
Impressions
Clicks
Conversions
Statistics & Lists (Lower Section)
Dive deeper into campaign data with metrics such as:
Client Spend
Average CPC (Cost Per Click)
Cost per Conversion
Conversion Rate
Campaign, Ad Group, Ad, and Keyword performance breakdowns
You can filter by campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords to analyze data at different levels of detail.
4. Keeping Data Updated
Refresh anytime by reloading the report.
Select a new date range to automatically pull in the most recent Google Ads data.
Reports sync directly with Google Ads to ensure accuracy.

These are displayed in the upper section of the Google Ads Report.
