Settings: Domains

Overview

The Domains section allows you to add, configure, and manage domains inside PXME. Domains are essential for branding, hosting funnels/websites, and ensuring professional communication across your business.

Adding a New Domain

1. Navigate to Settings > Domains.

2. Click + Connect a domain.

3. Enter your domain name.

4. Update DNS records in your domain provider:

⚠️ Note: DNS records may take up to 24 hours to propagate. If errors persist, wait and retry before contacting support.

5. Save your domain and verify it in PXME.

Using Domain Connect (Automated Setup)

If your DNS is hosted on GoDaddy or Cloudflare, you can use Domain Connect to simplify setup.

1. Go to Settings > Domains.

2. Click Add Domain.

3. Enter your domain or subdomain.

4. Choose Add record manually to preview DNS records.

5. Click Verify records.

Once verified, your domain will be live (changes may take ~30 seconds or longer).

Manual DNS record setup remains available for providers not supporting Domain Connect.

Troubleshooting Domain Setup

If setup issues occur, you’ll see a "Troubleshoot This Issue" link inside PXME. It provides direct help for:

• Multiple A records found

• AAAA record conflicts

• CAA block issuance

• CNAME/A record mismatches

Managing Your Domains

Once connected, you can manage domains with these tools:

• View Connected Domains – See all domains, subdomains, connected products, and statuses in one place.

• Manage Internal Domains – Configure DNS records and product mappings.

• Edit Domain Information – Use the three-dot menu to update details.

• Set a Default Page – Choose the homepage visitors see when entering your domain.

• Set a 404 Error Page – Assign a funnel page to display for broken links. (PXME will nudge you if one is missing.)

• Remove a Domain – Click Delete to disconnect a domain.

Q1: How do I add a new domain?
