Overview
Facebook Lead Forms are a powerful way to capture new leads directly from your ads without requiring people to leave Facebook or Instagram. By managing lead forms inside PXME, you can instantly sync captured leads into your Contacts, trigger automations, and follow up with campaigns seamlessly. This guide will walk you through creating, customizing, and connecting Facebook Lead Forms to your PXME account.
Step 1: Access Lead Forms
From your PXME dashboard, go to Marketing → Ads Manager.
Select your connected Meta Ad Account.
Click on Forms in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Create a New Lead Form
Click Create Form.
Enter a Form Name (example: Back to School Lead Form).
Choose a form type:
More Volume – shorter, faster form optimized for quick sign-ups.
Higher Intent – adds a review step to improve lead quality.
Step 3: Build Your Form
Intro Section (Optional): Add a headline, image, and short description of your offer.
Questions: Add fields such as Name, Email, Phone Number. You can also add custom questions (multiple-choice or short answer).
Privacy Policy: Include your practice’s Privacy Policy link (required by Meta).
Thank You Screen: Provide a confirmation message and add a button linking to your PXME landing page, voucher, or scheduling link.
Step 4: Connect Your Form to PXME
Once created, the form automatically syncs with PXME through your connected Meta Ad Account.
Leads captured from the form will appear in PXME → Contacts.
You can attach the form to:
Existing campaigns.
New ad campaigns created inside PXME.
Step 5: Testing Your Form
Use Facebook’s Form Preview to see how it looks on mobile.
Submit a test lead.
Confirm the test lead appears in PXME → Contacts.
Best Practices
Keep forms short — usually Name, Email, and Phone are enough.
Use Higher Intent forms when lead quality matters more than volume.
Always link the Thank You Screen to your funnel, voucher, or scheduling page.
Confirm that your Pixel + Conversions API are tracking form submissions for accurate reporting.
