Overview
Connecting your Meta ad account to PXME allows you to run ads directly from the platform. This integration makes it easier to manage campaigns, track results, and streamline your marketing efforts without switching between tools. By linking your account, you can also take advantage of PXME’s pre-built campaign templates and reporting.
Step 1: Access Marketing Settings
From your PXME dashboard, navigate to Settings.
Select Marketing from the left-hand menu.
Click on Ad Accounts.
Step 2: Connect Your Meta Account
Click Connect to start the linking process.
A pop-up will appear prompting you to log in with your Meta credentials. Use the same login you use for your business’s Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Grant PXME the required permissions to:
Manage campaigns
View ad performance
Sync audiences
Step 3: Choose the Ad Account
After permissions are granted, you’ll see a list of available ad accounts tied to your Meta Business Portfolio.
Select the ad account you want to connect.
Confirm your selection and PXME will finalize the connection.
Step 4: Verify the Connection
Once connected, your ad account will appear under Marketing > Ad Accounts in PXME.
Make sure the account status shows as Active.
If needed, repeat the steps to connect additional ad accounts.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
No ad accounts showing? Confirm your Meta Business Portfolio is set up correctly and that you have admin permissions.
Permissions error? Double-check that you granted PXME full access during the login step.
Account not syncing? Refresh your PXME dashboard or disconnect and reconnect the ad account.
