Overview
PXME’s Ads Manager allows you to launch and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns directly from your account. By running ads inside PXME, you can connect them seamlessly with funnels, forms, automations, and tracking tools like the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This setup helps you capture more leads, track conversions accurately, and optimize campaigns without leaving the platform.
Step 1: Open Ads Manager in PXME
From your PXME dashboard, go to Marketing → Ads Manager.
Select your connected Meta Ad Account.
Click Create Campaign.
Step 2: Choose Your Campaign Objective
Select the campaign goal that fits your strategy:
Leads – best for capturing new leads with PXME forms or funnels.
Traffic – drive visitors to your landing page or website.
Engagement – boost likes, comments, and shares.
Video Views – maximize plays of video content.
Conversions – track sign-ups, bookings, or purchases.
Tip: Most PXME users will primarily use Leads or Conversions for best results.
Step 3: Set Up Your Campaign Details
Name your campaign clearly (example: “Back to School Voucher Campaign”).
Enable A/B Testing (optional) to test variations.
Use Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) if you want Meta to auto-distribute spend across ad sets.
Step 4: Create Your Ad Set
Each campaign can include one or more ad sets, where you define targeting, budget, and placements.
Audience: Create new or select saved audiences (location, age, interests, or custom audiences from pixels and lead lists).
Placements:
Choose Automatic Placements (recommended).
Or select Manual Placements (Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, Messenger, etc.).
Budget & Schedule:
Set a daily (e.g., $20/day) or lifetime budget.
Choose start and end dates, or run continuously.
Step 5: Build Your Ad Creative
Click Create Ad.
Choose your format:
Single Image or Video
Carousel (multiple images/videos)
Collection (ideal for product-focused ads)
Add your Ad Copy (primary text, headline, description).
Upload Media (images/videos).
Insert your Destination URL (PXME funnel page, form, or landing page).
Confirm the correct Pixel and Conversion Event are selected.
Step 6: Review & Publish
Double-check all settings:
Objective
Targeting
Budget
Creative (text, images/videos)
Pixel & CAPI tracking
Click Publish to send your ads to Meta for review. Most ads are approved within a few hours.
Step 7: Monitor Performance
From Marketing → Ads Manager → Campaigns, track key metrics:
Impressions & Reach
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Conversions
Pause underperforming ads and scale the top performers.
Best Practices
Start small with budgets ($15–$20/day) while testing.
Always run 2–3 ad creative variations.
Pair ads with a PXME funnel for capture and automated follow-up.
Monitor campaigns daily during the first week to optimize quickly.
