Overview
Facebook Lead Generation forms allow you to capture leads directly from Facebook and sync them into PXME. If your leads aren’t appearing correctly, it’s usually due to outdated form mappings, incorrect field configurations, or missing permissions. This guide covers the most common issues and how to resolve them.
Q1: Why do I see only old forms in my system, even though Facebook shows more recent leads?
A1:
This usually happens due to outdated form mappings between Facebook and PXME.
How to Fix:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.
Disconnect your Facebook page.
Reconnect your page so PXME syncs the latest forms.
Check under Sites > Forms to confirm the most current forms are now available.
Q2: I’ve verified my forms, but leads from my registration page are still not being counted. What should I do?
A2:
The issue is likely caused by incorrect form mapping.
Steps to Resolve:
Go to Integrations > Facebook form field mapping.
Verify the registration page form is mapped to the correct Facebook Lead Ad form.
If mismatched, click Edit fields and remap to the correct Facebook form.
Save changes and test again to confirm leads are being recorded.
Q3: What should I do if my Facebook forms have been verified, but leads are still not being captured?
A3:
The problem may be with integration permissions.
How to Fix:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.
Ensure all permissions and lead access are granted.
If permissions are correct, disconnect and reconnect the Facebook integration.
Test again to confirm new leads are being captured.
