Sending a Newsletter in PXME

Overview

Once your newsletter template is customized, the next step is to send it out through PXME’s email campaign system. PXME allows you to send immediately or schedule your newsletter in advance, while also tracking key performance metrics such as opens and clicks.


Accessing Campaigns

  1. From your PXME dashboard, go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.

  2. Click Create Campaign and select Your Templates.


Selecting Your Newsletter

  1. Locate the Newsletters folder inside Email Templates.

  2. Find the newsletter you duplicated and customized.

  3. Select your template to load it into the campaign builder.


Finalizing Campaign Settings

  • Sender Info: Confirm your “From Name” and “From Email” are correct and branded.

  • Subject Line & Preview Text: Write a clear, engaging subject line and (optional) preview text.

  • Recipients: Select the list, tag, or segment of contacts who should receive your newsletter.

  • Review Content: Double-check your newsletter design, text, images, and all links.


Sending the Newsletter

  • Send Immediately: Click Send Now to launch right away.

  • Schedule for Later: Choose a future date and time to send automatically.


After Sending

Go to Reporting in PXME to review performance, including:

  • Open rates

  • Click-through rates

  • Link activity

  • Delivery results
