Overview

The PXME Support Widget is designed to give you quick and reliable access to help whenever you need it. With built-in knowledge base search, live chat support, and ticket submission, this widget ensures you get answers fast without leaving your PXME account.


Accessing the Support Widget

Once logged into your PXME account, click the question mark icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen. This will open the support widget.


Using the Knowledge Base

  1. Click on the search tool inside the widget.

  2. Type in a question or keyword (for example: “add a tag”).

  3. Browse through the articles to find your answer quickly.

  4. Articles also include step-by-step guides such as setting up your Meta Pixel in PXME.

This is the fastest way to get answers without waiting for support.


Using the Chat Feature

  1. Select the chat option inside the widget.

  2. Choose the feature of the platform your question is about (e.g., Contacts).

  3. Enter your name and email.

  4. Type your question (e.g., “How do I add a tag?”).

Most questions will be answered automatically by the support bot.


Submitting a Ticket

If the bot cannot resolve your issue:

  1. Click No under “Was this helpful?”

  2. Select Submit a Ticket.

  3. If not redirected, click the provided link.

  4. Fill in the ticket form:

    • Name

    • Subject

    • Ticket type

    • Priority

    • Product (PXME)

    • Description

    • Attachments (optional)

    • Reference number (optional, for tracking)

  5. Complete the verification and click Submit.

Our team will review your request and follow up with assistance.


Best Practices for Support

  • Always start with the knowledge base for quick answers.

  • Use the chat widget for interactive help.

  • Submit a ticket only if your question cannot be resolved through the above steps.
